Common questions
The recorder did not join my meeting. Why?
Open Settings › Connected apps and check that your calendar is connected. Liliphant joins Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams calls on that calendar that have a call link.
If it looks right, email us the meeting name and time.
How do I add my team?
- Open Settings › Members.
- Press Add member and type their work email. They get an email to join.
- Or turn on Anyone with the invite link can join and send the link to your team.
Only owners and admins can add people. New people show as waiting until they sign in.
Can I share a meeting with a client?
Yes. Open the meeting and press the share button to turn on a link. Anyone with the link can read it without signing in, and you can turn the link off at any time.
A recap looks wrong. What do I do?
Email us the meeting name and what looks wrong. We check it by hand and use it to make recaps better.
How much does it cost?
Personal is $10 a month for one person with 10 hours of meetings. Team is $149 a month for 5 people with 100 shared hours. Extra hours are $1 each. For Enterprise, email us.
How do I delete my recordings or account?
Email us from the address you sign in with and tell us what to remove. We confirm once it is done.
